COUNTER CRIME PARTNERSHIP is a Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP). If you are not familiar, these are the organisations powering the Town-Link Radios that the Hotels, Pubs & Shops in our Town Centres use to talk with each other about Retail Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour.
TENDRING SECURITY gives Security Guards and Door Supervisors, communicate using CCP Radios, the opportunity to create even stronger bonds through working together for one-off events in our community.
CCP’s data system gives us a handle on who to admit (or not to admit) to events and the experience from our day jobs can be called upon to de-escalate any negative situations that may arise.
We are all about the customer experience,
both for you as our client and for your clients who are “Our Guests”. We will look to greet and engage with everyone and approach every situation with common sense.

COST CALCULATOR
Except for charity events supporting young people in our community, we will charge you £30 per hour plus VAT, pay our team £20 per hour and any operating profit will be re-invested in CCP.
For indoor events, to be affective, recommend a minimum of x1 Door Supervisor per x75 Guests.

It is essential that Door Supervisors are there to Welcome Guests at the outset because this can reduce conflict later…
Our experience tells us that a brief greeting from a stranger increases feeling of belonging and reduces anxiety. So, when a Door Supervisor greets someone warmly, the Guest subconsciously categories them as an ally, not an authority figure to challenge.
Having Door Supervisors arrive mid-way through an event can change the dynamic and people can react defensively towards the unknown. A friendly greeting signals safety and respect, which is reciprocated throughout the event.
A face-to-face positive interaction triggers an oxytocin releases, which increases trust and reduces aggression. So a simple “Good Evening, have a Great Night…” can literally change the Guests physiological state.
With the above in mind, please make sure you book us to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Event Start Time.
